The Hannafin and Peck Design Model is a three-phase instructional design framework that emphasizes continuous feedback and iteration. The phases include:

• Needs Assessment: In this phase, feedback is collected to identify learning gaps, preferences, and the challenges learners face. This analysis helps shape the course content and delivery methods.
• Design: The instructional content is developed with a focus on personalized and interactive learning. This phase incorporates various media, including videos, quizzes, and interactive resources, to enhance engagement.
• Implementation: The course is delivered, and its effectiveness is evaluated through pre-tests, post-tests, and learner feedback to refine the learning experience.

This model supports a constructivist approach by adapting instructional strategies to meet learner needs and integrating technology for an engaging experience (Arumugam et al., 2020).
